Dry hair is a common problem but easy to solve by following a few tips and using natural remedies

Having shiny and cared for hair for a woman is really important but it often happens that the sun, sea, and colors can contribute, together with changes of season, hormonal changes, or lowering of the immune defenses, to worsen the health of our hair.

The hair dry,  brittle, and brittle is a very common problem, often caused or exacerbated by the use of corrosive products and continued use of plates & Co. However,  dry hair is a problem that can be solved easily by following a few rules and remedies completely natural, quick to make, cheap and really effective. Let's see what they are.

The general rules

To combat the problem of  dry,  brittle, and  brittle  hair it is important to follow some simple but fundamental rules:

  • wash your hair with delicate and natural shampoos, free of perfumes, parabens, silicones, dyes, and aggressive preservatives;
  • after washing, apply a conditioner formulated with moisturizing, emollient and nourishing active ingredients to the hair:  dry hair, in fact, is often accompanied by a hypersensitive scalp, which needs soothing products;
  • aloe vera gel (as long as natural) can be an excellent alternative to leave-in conditioner;
  • apply a   pre or post shampoo natural hair mask, which is deeply nourishing and moisturizing, 1 or 2 times a week;
  • brush the hair gently, using professional tools that do not break or damage the hair (  Tangle Teezer brushes  are among the best on the market);
  • if necessary, supplement your diet with vitamins, biotin, and/or keratin or resort to topical products based on biotin and/or keratin;
  • especially in summer, don't forget to protect your hair from the sun by applying sprays or lotions with sunscreens and moisturizing substances.
